Purpose of the Workout:
Due to the high volume of thrusters performed (if you attended Sunday FUNday) yesterday, we are going to switch today to a power day. Hey, CrossFit is constantly varied! We will pick back up with our strength work tomorrow but for today we are going to have 20:00 to find our 1RM split jerk. The goal here is to go as heavy as possible without getting sloppy and have fun!

Our WOD today is going to be a relatively short lung and shoulder burner! We will be alternating between single arm dumbbell shoulder to overheads and double unders. Both of these movements will fatigue the shoulders so make sure to use your leg/ hip drive as much as possible on the shoulder to overheads!
