Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to continue progressing our strength and skill in our overhead squat. Today we are going to start with the classic 5 sets of 5 reps where we build weight each set. Remember, the objective is to go as heavy as possible for a set of 5 while maintaining the integrity of the overhead squat.

The second part of today’s WOD is a heavy couplet of sumo deadlift high pulls and push presses. There aren’t a super high number of reps today so the objective is to go heavy on the weight and challenge yourself there!
