20 Double Dumbbell Front Rack Reverse Lunges (10 Each Leg)
10 Heavy Russian Kettlebell Swings
5 Wall Walks

Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to wrap up the month of February by testing out our 1RM overhead squat! We will have 20:00 to work on this which should be plenty of time to work up to a maximal effort.

Our strength biased WOD today features front rack lunges with dumbbells, heavy kettlebell swings (choose a weight heavier than you would normally swing with), and wall walks.

The wall walks are a great movement to gain comfort in the handstand position while also building strength in the shoulders…hint hint, we may see some more of these in March!
