Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to lift as heavy as possible for a set of 5 reps, 3 reps, and a single rep. In order to achieve this goal and maximize our performance in each of these sets, we will be spending the entirety of class on this.

This is our first official day with our February focus which means we will be spending time going over the nuances of the overhead squat along with mobility/ flexibility work to improve our positioning. You won’t want to miss today!
