Purpose of the Workout:
Even though Mondays typically start with our strength focus of the month, today will be slightly different. We are going to kick things off with some Floor Press and bent over rows which typically are not utilized in improving our Front Squat. The reason for this is that the WOD is very heavily biased towards a form of front squatting. For the WOD, we have 4 different movements/ movement combinations.

The goal here is to increase weight each set. Keep in mind, today’s WOD is supposed to be heavy so challenge yourself on the weight and don’t feel like you need to fly through this!
