*1 Rope Climb Between Each Set

Purpose of the Workout:
Today we are going to retest our 400 meter farmers carry time. The objective here is to not set down the kettlebells as many times as you did the first time OR if you did it ‘unbroken’ to step up one level in weight and see if you can go unbroken again!

Our strength biased workout of the day is a nice push/pull combination of floor presses (bench press from the floor) and rope climbs. The key here is to use your core and legs as much as possible on these rope climbs as your ams will be smoked from the floor presses!
