WOD:
6:00 Max Reps
Power Clean + Shoulder to Overhead (Moderately Heavy)

Purpose of the Workout:
Today for our grip/hold focus we are going to introduce towel pull ups and waiter walks. The towel pull ups require a great deal of grip strength and are considerably more challenging than bar pull ups!

Our strength biased WOD today is a variation on CrossFit Open workout 11.3 The main differences are that we are not required to squat clean the bar and instead of 5:00 we will have 6:00!

Choose a weight that is heavy enough that you will not be able to cycle reps or do touch and go. The bar should be heavy enough to require you to do singles throughout the whole WOD!
