Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to combine our monthly strength focus with a conditioning component. The scored part of today’s WOD will be the floor press/ row portion. The banded good mornings and ab-mat sit ups are designed more as an active recovery/ core work portion. Your score for this WOD will be the total number of floor presses completed after the row.
