EMOM x 12 MINUTES
MIN 1 – :45 Cardio*
MIN 2 – 15 Burpees
MIN 3 – 20 Russian Backpack Swings

Goal – Accomplish all of the work in the allotted time frame … we never want EMOMs turning into AMRAPs so be sure to decrease the reps if needed! The burpees will be the most challenging to maintain but it’s doable!
