GOAL – Testing our fitness today! Goal is to hold onto the DB Push Press for as long as possible each round- can you go unbroken the entire time? If not, we want to choose a weight that we would only have to break up into 2 sets each round. Push the run each round more than you think you should- this is your chance to break away from the pack!
