30:00 AMRAP In Teams of 3
Partner A) 200 Meter Farmers Carry
Partner B + C) Alternate Rounds of 10 Toes to Bar + 10 Box Jump Overs

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s team workout is going to give us the opportunity to get outside and work some grip strength! Each team will switch roles when the person farmers carrying returns to the gym. The two teammates inside will be alternating rounds of toes to bar and box jump overs.
