300 Calorie Row + 300 Calorie Assault Bike
2:00 on/ 1:00 Off until all reps are completed. Switch during rest period.

Purpose of the Workout:
We are going to begin our Saturday with some core work because this is always an area that we can improve on and will benefit everything else that we do. From there, we have a partner workout consisting of the assault bike and the rower. 300 calories will be completed on both and you will have 2:00 to get as many as you can, then have 1:00 rest before switching machines. The goal here is to hot that 300 calorie goal in the least amount of rounds as possible.
