Purpose of the Workout:
Our partner WOD today is a play on the classic CrossFit Girl named workout “Jackie.” The main difference here is that the workout is bookended with the 1,000 meter row and that it will be repeated twice. You and your partner will split the reps evenly but may do so however you would like.
