Both Partners May Work At The Same Time For The First 5:00 & Last 5:00!!!

Purpose of the Workout:
Since it is Saturday, we have a partner WOD but today’s has a few stipulations!

You and your partner can pick and choose which movements you want to do during the workout, but are capped on how many reps you all may perform (i.e. you all cannot do ab-mat sit ups for the entire workout)!

The other stipulation is that both partners will be working together for the first 5:00 and the final 5:00. That means that during the middle time, only one partner may accumulate reps at a time.

The goal here is to have fun and get as many reps as possible!
