Purpose of the Workout:
Our Saturday partner WOD today is going to require some teamwork and strategy!
The essence of the workout is a 6,000 meter row which may be split up any way you would like as long as each partner rows the same distance. While one partner is rowing, the other partner has the option to perform a med ball complex to deduct time off of the 6,00 meter row time.
The objective here is to try to figure out how much energy to put into each section to minimize your team’s final time!
