Purpose of the Workout:
The name of the game in today’s partner workout is endurance and pacing. This workout is designed like a sandwich with the bread being a 1 mile run and the “meat” of the workout being a 5K row and 10K bike. Both partners will be working simultaneously during the row and the bike and can switch at-will which means there is some strategy involved in completing these distances as quickly as possible.
