1 Mile Team Plate Carry (25/15)
100 Plate Thrusters (45/25)
100 Plate Burpees (Burpee + Jump on Plate 45/25)
100 Plate Get-Ups (25/15)
1 Mile Team Plate Carry Run (25/15)

Purpose of the Workout:
Our partner workout today is all about you, your partner, and a plate (or two). We are going to start with each partner running a mile and handing off a plate to one another at-will. From there we have 3 movements of 100 reps total (50 each) and then another 1 mile plate run.
