Purpose of the Workout:
Our June strength focus is holds/ grip strength. We are going to jump right into it today with some different variations of holds. We have wall sits, handstand holds, front plank, and kettlebell front rack holds. In order for your partner to accumulate reps, you must be actively holding whatever position/ implement is prescribed!
