Then split reps evenly
150 Double Dumbbell Push Press/ Jerk
150 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull
150 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
Then:
800 Meter Med Ball Run (Together)

Purpose of the Workout:
We made it to Saturday! That means we have ourselves a nice partner WOD! Before we get to that though, we are going to do a little core work consisting of hip extensions on the GHD and hollow rocks. Our partner WOD is designed like a sandwich where the bread components are done as a team and the “meat” of it will be done alternating partners.
