MIN 1 – :45 Cardio (Athlete’s Choice)
MIN 2 – :45 Backpack Front Rack Hold
MIN 3 – :45 MAX Up-Downs

Goal – Longer EMOM today- can you hold your pace throughout?! Use the first 2 rounds to set the goal, and hold onto it! Load up that backpack or whatever weight you want to use for the FR Hold, and challenge yourself to see how much of that :45 you can hold onto- can you get through all :45 each round without putting the weight down?
