Goal – Two AMRAPs today focusing on unilateral work in both the upper and lower body! All movements should be done unbroken, so choose your weight accordingly. The time and reps decrease from the first AMRAP to the second, so the goal is to keep the pace consistent, and even try to pick up the pace in the second AMRAP!
