Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s partner workout is four 6:00 AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible) which will include one partner working through reps while the other holds a static position. If the partner holding the position breaks form to rest, the other partner must stop until the other partner resumes holding that position. This should be a fun one where the name of the game is grinding through that hold the whole time!
