Getting Started

Before you begin, we encourage you to schedule a No Sweat Intro so you can meet staff, tour the gym, and decide what is the best way for you to get started.

Once you’re ready to take the plunge, you’ll start with Personal Training (5 One-on-One Session) so you can learn the movements you’ll be using. (If you’re already an experienced CrossFitter, please let us know in case you want to test out instead.) This will keep you safe and ensure you get the most out of your lifts.

We have found that most people can benefit from a Nutrition Program as well. Working out and eating well go hand in hand and you will feel and see changes faster.

Graduating from Foundations, you can choose any monthly membership option that best fits your needs and budget. No long-term contracts here! We’re open and plan unique workouts 7 days a week so only pay for how often you plan to come and not a cent more.

Intro Packages

6 Week Intro to Fitness & Nutrition

We start with 5 One-on-One Foundations Sessions, followed by 4 weeks of 3 times per week CrossFit Group Classes. We recommend on-going personal training sessions each week along with group classes. We want to make sure you are comfortable in classes and progressing towards your goals.

Personal Training Options

Private Foundations Session  – $240

Required by every new gym member, Foundations Classes teach you the key movements you’ll need to know before joining group classes.

Personal Training

There are several options available for personal, one on one training. Whether you are more comfortable in that setting, your schedule is crazy because of your work or travels, or you need some additional help on a specific skill outside of regular classes, we can help you. We recommend committing to a 3 month workout plan. This enables you to gain good workout habits and gives you enough time to see great results.

  • Premium (3x/week) – $2199
  • Enhanced (2x/week) – $1499
  • Basic (1x/week) – $799

Add on 60 Minutes of Personal Training per Month – $69/month

  • Add some Personal Training time to your regular, monthly group class membership
  • Any combo of 30 and 60 minute sessions as needed throughout the month
  • Recommended for seasoned athletes to ensure continual skill development and improvement

Add on 120 Minutes of Personal Training per Month – $139/month

  • Add some Personal Training time to your regular, monthly group class membership
  • Any combo of 30 and 60 minute sessions as needed throughout the month
  • Recommended for 1-3 months for new athletes coming out of Foundations to continue to develop skills

Skill Sessions

Perfect if you are working on a specific skill, prepping for a competition, or just need some personal attention to reach your next goal.

  • 30 Minute Skill Session – $40

Nutrition Programs

There are several options available to help you with your nutrition needs. Working out is part of it, dialing in your food intake (quality and quantity) is part of it too. The combination of exercise and healthy eating will help you achieve all of your goals faster.

Monthly CrossFit Group Class Memberships

  • Perfect for travelers or those only in town for a season

Specialty Classes

We regularly offer additional classes, at an additional cost,  that focus on areas like Olympic lifting, strength training, endurance, mobility, and rowing or running. Each class is led by a trainer who specializes in that area. 

Regular, monthly members receive a discount!



Visiting from another affiliate? Well come on in! Please let us know in advance and plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out waivers.
Cost for the class is $25 per person per class.

Unlimited 7 Consecutive Day Pass – $100

Apparel is available for purchase at an additional cost.

Not So Fine Print


Memberships are automatically billed on the first of the month, every month and are pro-rated if you start mid-month.


There are no long-term contracts, however, if you would like to cancel your membership, please notify us at least 15 days before your next membership due date.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
