Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes you need to take that weakness and make it your strength. While our CrossFit Classes are designed to meet the needs of our varied community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats some private skill session time.
If you have something specific you are working on like muscle ups or snatches, or training for a specific event like a Tough Mudder, Iron Man or a local competition, it may be worth your time and money to get some quality workout time in that is tailored to your current needs.
Skill sessions provide one on one, individualized attention. Maybe you want some extra help with skills that are difficult for you. Maybe you are overcoming injuries or other special needs. Whatever your need, we are happy to meet with you one on one and help you in any way we can.
Sessions available for 30 minutes or one hour, as often as needed.
