Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Sunday Funday is going to start out with some heavy Olympic weightlifting! We have a snatch complex consisting of a hang snatch and a (full) snatch.

The second part of today’s WOD is a couplet of overhead squats and muscle ups! This should be a challenging one and make sure to not show up if you cannot do muscle ups (yet); we will have great scaling options!
