Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s Sunday Funday WODs is to work in some bench press and GHD sit ups! If you have missed both of these in regular classes, today is your day than! Once we finish up that first part, we have a nice 3 round WOD where all 4 movements include a medicine ball. At the end of this one you are either going to feel as though you are somehow “closer” to your med ball or you are going to happy to spend some time away from it!
