Purpose of the Workout:
For our Sunday Funday, we are going to introduce the L-Sit. These are a great way to build your core strength and will also challenge your flexibility!

For our WOD, we are going to applying some of the skills we have been working on this month and applying them to some rope climbs in a workout! The key here is to be as efficient as possible meaning you are trying to minimize the number of cycles it takes to get to the the top.
