Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Sunday FUNday will be scaled for normal human athletes version of the 2018 Games Workout CHAOS!

We will split into 2 teams and run this workout as a relay. One person will start with the ski erg and once they are done the next person can start on the ski erg. The person in front of you must finish the movement before you can start that movement.

We have some new movements today – ski erg, one armed overhead squats with a dumbbell, and the sled pull, so we will take some time in the beginning of class to go over those movements.
