GOAL – We are looking to develop volume in the Bench Press today with the Wave Loading! Building in weight from 10 reps, to 8, to 6, and then increasing weight on the second sets of 8 and 10 reps! The goal in the workout is to hold onto the DBs for as long as possible each AMRAP! In the first one, shooting for 5-6 rounds unbroken, and in the second one, shooting for 7-8
rounds unbroken!
