Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of our Sunday Funday is to do Thrusters…and a lot of them! Each minute, you will complete 5 thrusters and after every 5:00, you will add weight. The goal here effectively use an aggressive hip extension to aid in ‘thrusting’ the bar overhead, especially in the later sets with the heavier weight!
