1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Sunday FUNday is going to give us an opportunity to focus on our Olympic Lifting. The main purpose is to dedicate the whole class to refining and performing variations of both lifts while having the opportunity to add some weight through the sets. If you have been wanting to have some dedicated time to working on the lifts, today is the perfect opportunity!
