GOAL – Your goal is to partner up with a few friends and chase the pump on the Bench Press — learn how to spot and change weights effectively. Work with a weight that can do at least 5 reps (moderate). For the workout you should look to move quickly through the Plate Jumps and perform short, manageable sets on the TTB.
