From 0:00-15:00 : Find 1RM Bench Press
From 15:00-16:00 : Rest/ Change Weight
From 16:00-19:00 : AMRAP Close Grip Bench Press at 50% 1RM
From 19:00-34:00 : Find 1RM Deadlift
From 34:00-35:00 : Rest/ Change Weight
From 35:00-38:00: AMRAP Deadlift at 50% 1RM
From 38:00-45:00 AMRAP Bar-Facing Burpees

Purpose of the Workout:
For our Sunday Funday we are going to have some fun and find our 1RM bench press and 1RM deadlifts! Combined with these, we are also going to have 3:00 to rep out 50% of each of those 1 rep maxes. To finish today’s WOD out, we have 7:00 of bar-facing burpees! The purpose here is to lift heavy, get some muscular endurance work in, and finish it off with a classic CrossFit lung burning workout!
