Don’t skip this one just because it’s running or that you think you will go out and run 5k on your own! You won’t, and even if you did, you wouldn’t push yourself as hard as you will running with friends today.
The 5K run is a great benchmark for your cardiovascular endurance. Let’s take advantage of this nicer weather too!
