Purpose of the Workout:
For our Sunday Funday we are going to be working off a running clock. Essentially we have a total of two 8:00 AMRAPs with a 1,000 meter row time trial and a 2 kilometer bike time trial sprinkled in there. This is about a 32:00 workout with 6:00 of rest built in.
