Ski Erg: Technique Work and then a 500 Meter Time Trial

15 GHD Sit Ups
3 Rope Climbs
200 Meter Single KB Farmers Carry

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Sunday Funday is all about the Concept 2 Ski Erg! You all may have noticed that funny looking piece of equipment in the corner but have never used it. That all changes today as the coach will take you through the technique and each of you will have the opportunity to perform a 500 meter time trial!

The ski erg is meant to mimic cross country skiing which is one of the most grueling endurance sports out there. Because we only have one ski erg, we are going to be doing some movement for “quality” while others cycle through their 500 meter time trial. The theme of those 5 rounds is unconventional core work that we do not usually see during the week.
