Purpose of the Workout:
The first part of class today will be dedicated to working the technique for the Turkish Get Up and then we will have 10:00 to practice. Feel free to try these with kettlebells, dumbbells, or even barbells! After that we have a 25:00 workout consisting of the Assault Bike, shuttle run (like back in gym class!), and a sled push. All three of these movements have the potential to fatigue our legs very quickly so try to maintain a steady pace throughout!
