Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Sunday Funday will kickoff with a 15:00 AMRAP that will feature running and the assault bike. Each round you will be adding 10 calories onto to the assault bike and have a 200 meter run to complete. Once that 15:00 is up and we have recovered, we will work on some core strength with GHD sit ups and banded good mornings!
