Purpose of the Workout:
Our Sunday Funday WOD today is appropriately named the “Kitchen Sink.” We are throwing a lot of different movements at you but is really just a set number of weightlifting repetitions and a set distance for the more conditioning based movements. No one movement will take that long so try to go unbroken on the barbell movements and attack the conditioning ones!
