Purpose of the Workout:
Today we are going to introduce a new variation of the back squat in the form of box squats. The purpose of the box back squats is to make sure we are engaging our glutes and hamstrings and to also work on standing up out of the squat without the assistance of the stretch/shortening cycle (the bounce).

The purpose of our workout today is to really get our heart rates up for around that 10:00 time domain. There really aren’t any tips or tricks on this one other than keeping the intensity level up throughout that second and third round!
