Follow this pattern of subtracting one deadlift for each subsequent set until time expires.

Purpose of the Workout:
To start out our day, we will be alternating between strict handstand push ups and Pendlay Rows. The strict handstand push ups will assist increasing our 5RM press. There are many ways to vary the difficulty of these that the coaches will go over so challenge yourself. The Pendlay Rows are a great movement to increase our strength for the Olympic Lifts during the pull portion from the ground. If you have not seen these before do not worry, we will go over all the fine points in class!

Our workout today is a couplet of deadlifts and running. At only 12:00 long, we do not expect anyone to finish but the objective is to see how much of this workout you can chip away at before time expires. Each round the deadlifts decrease by 1 rep so make sure you choose a weight you can go unbroken on each set.
