Purpose of the Workout:
The strength portion of today’s workout will focus on single arm kettlebell presses and waiters walk. The single arm press is a great way to build strength for the barbell press and also create symmetry in terms of balancing out the pressing strength of each of our arms (we will find that one of our arms is probably more capable than the other).

We are going to pair that with some strict toes-to-bar. These are meant to increase our overall strength for kipping toes to bar. If you are not able to perform strict ones, make sure you control the descent as much as possible to still get the benefit!

For the WOD, we have 8 rounds of a couplet consisting of double kettlebell swings and box jump overs (very hip focused!) Double kettlebell swings are a little more challenging than what we are use to. These are a great way to get all the benefits of the kettlebell swing plus a little more emphasis on grip strength!
