Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s strength portion is to integrate in some core work with other upper body focused movements. The L-Pull Ups require you to keep your core activated while performing pull ups. This is a great accessory movement for our strict toes-to-bar which we will be testing again.

Our WOD today gets its inspiration from Tabata Intervals. The difference is we will by cycling through different movements each round (as opposed to staying with the same movement) which means you will be more recovered to go as hard as possible each round!
