Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s WOD is going to be a combination of our monthly strength focus and conditioning. Each of the 4 rounds will start with 5 back squats followed by 2 traditional conditioning movements and each round will be capped off with as many back squats as you can get until time expires for that round. The goal here is to get through those first 3 movements as fast as possible to maximize the amount of time you have for that last set of squats!
