Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s strength portion is to advance the skill and strength aspect of our pistol (to assist the back squat) and to also work on our ability to hold that inverted handstand position which will assist us in our split jerk.

Our WOD today is a combination of 4 different movements with a short rest period between. The objective is to keep the intensity up through both rounds and get as many reps as possible!
