10:00 AMRAP
5 Goblet Squats
10 Push Ups
15 American Kettlebell Swings

Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s strength portion is to go as heavy as possible for a set of 5,4, and 3 repetitions of the overhead squat. The key here is going to be maintaining the integrity of your midline and making sure that the barbell does not deviate forwards or backwards during the squat!

Because our strength portion was heavy and taxing on your Central Nervous System, we are going to finish out the day with a pretty basic but effective 10:00 AMRAP. The goal here is to move consistently and perform each rep perfectly as if we were fresh (and not fatigued)!
