Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to wrap up February by integrating our strength focus, overhead squats and our skill focus, kipping, with the CrossFit Open 15.2.

This workout is structured in such a way that each round gets progressively harder and when you pair that with the fact that your level of fatigue is going up each round, this is a really tough one! The goal here is to make it into the 4th or 5th round until we cannot complete the target number of reps and move on.
