Purpose of the Workout:
Since we missed our scheduled strength Monday WOD due to our New Year’s Eve WOD, we are going to pick that portion back up today! Our January strength focus is “core.” The word core is broad and really encompasses everything we do. Since the function of our core is to stabilize our spine, we are going to focus on specific movements that will enhance our ability to do this when encountered with our everyday CrossFit moves.

Our WOD today also falls into the category of a more strength biased one. This is a play on Dianne but is intended to be heavier on the deadlifts and to perform the handstand push ups strict!
