Purpose of the Workout:
Our strength portion today features the combination of front squats and back squats. The goal here is to build up to a weight that is lose to our 2RM front squat, rack the bar, and then immediately perform 3 back squats.

The purpose of our WOD today is to combine heavy goblet squats and a fast paced run. This is a great combination of movements and should be a fun/ simple one!
