Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s strength portion is slightly different because instead of taking the bar from the rack, we will be cleaning it up. This is a nice homage to our past couple of months power focus and once we get heavy in the clean, it will be challenging to front squat that weight 3 times!

Our WOD today is going to be a lung burning lactic acid mental toughness test. The buy in for each round is 20 Thrusters and with whatever time remaining you will accumulate as many calories as you can on the rower.

With equal work to rest, you will not be fully recovered (this is where mental toughness comes into play) but should be able to be pretty consistent in the calories you get each round.
